The main role of the Business Developer/ Head of Growth is to participate in the design and implementation of an offline and online commercial strategy in the long and short term. It acts directly and indirectly in the implementation of the strategic development plan. Indeed, he will find new growth drivers, pilot commercial projects and above all negotiate new trade agreements.

His main mission is to drive and accelerate Brainlab's growth by developing its customer portfolio while developing innovative growth strategies for the company.

Your future responsibilities: ✊

Business development:

- Identify and target new business opportunities.

- Prospecting new customers

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and establish new partnerships.

- Actively participate in industry fairs, events and webinars.

- Develop and present commercial proposals.

Online growth strategy:

- Design and execute strategies to increase Brainlab's online presence.

- Work with the marketing team to launch effective advertising and lead generation campaigns.

- Automation of processes and various tools

- Leverage analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize traffic and conversion performance.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that strategies align content with growth goals.

Reporting and analysis:
- Implement KPIs to monitor the performance of growth strategies and business development.

- Produce detailed monthly reports for management.

- Use advanced analytics tools to provide insights and recommend actions.

Profile sought:

Training: Bac +5 in business, marketing or equivalent.
Experiment: Minimum 3 years of experience, including solid experience in online growth strategy & business development

Technical skills:

- Expertise in digital marketing, traffic management, social ADS, SEM and lead generation.

- Mastery of advertising tools: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

- Growth Hacking: Sequence automation, lead capture...

- Ability to use analysis tools to derive insights and recommend actions.

Personal qualities:

- Visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Proactive, autonomous and with a strong spirit of initiative.

- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
